How fast will items be shipped?Usually within the day! From the moment the package is handed over to one of our couriers, it can take up to 1-3 days to reach your adress (within the EU) but mostly quicker.

What about returning goods?As a customer you have the full right to return goods withing 14 days. Not satisfied with an item? These things happen and we would be happy to look for a solution that suits you as a customer the best. The item has to be in original condition, unopened & original undamaged packaging along with a proof of purchase. This does not apply for B2B customers. To return goods, reach out to us via email support@simneeds.com and we will get back to you quickly.

EPlab - Display pro issues?Issues with your display? Make sure u are using the latest version of simhub. Make sure your motherboard is producing enough power to the port the cable is plugged in. Only use 2.0 & 3.0 usb port, not 3.1 or 3.2, we see this every week that people are not getting their display to work. No worries, we have solved all issues ever on our displays ... we are sure we can make yours also work! :)
